Cancellation Policy
"Thank you for booking with us. Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy:
- A 50% service charge will apply for no-show appointments.
- A 35% service charge will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Appointments must be confirmed within 48 hours; otherwise, they are subject to cancellation.
- Credit cards on file will be charged accordingly as per the policy.
- Kindly refrain from bringing children, pets, or additional guests during appointments.
